Payment of Fees
For the convenience of parents, the annual fees may be paid by monthly post-dated cheques. The first cheque to cover the first AND last month, and seven equal post-dated cheques for the 15th of each month. Those choosing to pay the entire of sum at the beginning of the term will be entitled to a 5% discount. The fees are based on an AVERAGE number of classes per month. Consequently there are no refunds for classes cancelled due to holidays, nor are there extra charges for extra practices called by the teacher unless notice is given of a special class. WITHDRAWAL- no refunds or adjustments will be made after November 30 except in the case of illness or injury and with a physician’s certificate. Prior to November 30, fees will be pro-rated with 2 weeks written notice. A limited amount of time is available for private coaching at $40/ hour. Those wishing regular privates should book soon.
