The fee schedule covers classes over
a nine month period from mid-Sept to mid-June
Payment of Fees
For the convenience of parents, the annual fees may be paid by
monthly post-dated cheques. The first cheque to cover the first
AND last month, and seven equal post-dated cheques for the 15th
of each month. Alternatively, fees may be remitted in three equal
payments Sept. 15, Dec 15, and March 15th. Those choosing to pay the entire of sum at
the beginning of the term (by Sept 30th) will be entitled to a further 5% discount. The fees are
based on an AVERAGE number of classes per month. Consequently
there are no refunds for classes cancelled due to holidays, nor are there
extra charges for extra practices called by the teacher unless notice is
given of a special class. WITHDRAWAL- no refunds or adjustments
will be made after November
15 except in the case of illness or injury and with a
physician’s certificate. Prior to November 15, fees will be pro-rated
with 2 weeks written notice. A limited amount of time is
available for private coaching at $40/ hour. Those wishing regular
privates should book soon. |

*Parents should be aware that
extra fees will be incurred for recital costumes, and for those participating,
parents should expect extra fees for examinations, pianist practices (ballet
only), extra exam lessons, festival fees.
Anyone NOT
participating in the year-end recital should notify the teacher EARLY in the
season, as choreography and costume ordering will be affected.

ON FILE PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASSES. I
